Trinity was removed from the park for coming to visit her husband with 2 dogs one of which was a pit bull and her husband knew the rules. He had stayed with us almost a year.
I am the owner of this park. Our park is a family park and we maintain it as such. All electrical refunds are mailed to tenants home addresses. They received their check and cashed the check.
If i could give this park zero stars i would! Managment is very unprofessional and likes to tell you if you break any rules the cops will be called on you. The rules are by the page full. You cant do anything but sit in your camper or go the small playground they have other wise you are breaking the rules. The owner will harrass you if you dont come to the office at his convienient time even you are at work. He throws tantrums like a child if things are not done exactly his way. And dont think you can have your cable and stuff set up without his permission. He has to sit there and watch like a hawk and tell you were all your stuff has to be. If your looking for a place to go and have a good time with your family, this is not it. All he cares about is how many rules he can make and how much money he can charge, and if you dont like that he will threaten to sue you..
Nice park, clean and very well kept situated conveniently between Ponca City and Stillwater. Gas station/fast food/casino combo and larger casino within two miles of park. Reasonably priced consistent with accommodations. Good water pressure. Level rock parking pads with ample space between sites and parking space for two vehicles. Strict rules and security cameras which I appreciate, makes for orderly and Safe environment. There is some shade for mornings and evenings depending on where parked. Pet friendly, with some breed restrictions. It is family oriented with playground, horseshoes, sand box, and basketball pad. So, keep in mind, there are children which presented no issues or concerns during our stay. We love children, so we are very tolerant. Nice sized covered barbecue pavilion for small group; grills and smoker provided. No pool, no public restroom/shower, but nice laundromat. Wifi worked well. Three storm shelters available to accommodate all residents. One mile off main road so it remains peaceful, but it is a dusty white rock road. Management on site. Management and owner were very respectful, helpful and accommodating. They do accept mail and package deliveries in the office. Residents were friendly and unobtrusive (even the children). Overall, We enjoyed our stay and will return as needed since we travel frequently due to husband's job. They do have waiting list, so plan ahead.
Parked looks nice but its dusty and no shade at all.The internet is terrible. The rules change almost weekly. You have to leave a 100 dollar electric deposit that's understandable. When I left they said they would mail the check for the remainder of the electric didn't use. I KNOW I didn't use most of the 100 dollars in electric yet they said I did. I have propane heat. I have been traveling construction for many years and have never used more than 30 dollars in a month. I worked 12 hours a day 6 days a week. Just another way to get money for themselves. If you use the laundry you must remember to leave the lids open on the machines or you are breaking the rules. The park is 1.5 miles down a very dusty poorly graveled road that will ruin your truck. You have to put in PVC for your sewage. That wasn't told to me until after I was there for a week. (that is costly) The errand/do, girl,Candi, lets her 4 kids run around all over the park without being watched and she is very sarcastic. The sewage pond is very close to the campsites you can smell sewage especially when on a warm day. I have a heat trace in my waterline but it gets extremely cold in the winter so I left my water with a LOW stream to keep from freezing up. I woke up the next morning with my water cut off. I called the girl Candi she said we aren't allowed to run water for more than 5 minutes at a time. Needless to say I left and will never recommend this park to anyone! The owners are very unprofessional in running the park.
Water was shut-off at 10:30pm due to water running down the park.
Rebecca's review was due to 5 days past due rent and would not answer their phone or text. After showing up in the park at 2:15 a.m. during a thunder storm after purchasing a new 3/4 ton ford pickup 8 hours previous. Yes we did call the sheriff. They have yet to send a check as they said they would?
